General Terms and Conditions

• All cake orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance (including day of order, cut off time 11am).
• Online Orders are only confirmed upon:
  • Full payment via PayNow or eNets.
  • Successful verification of order details.
• If your order is unconfirmed and the 5-day lead time is nearing, please call our Dial-A-Cake team at +65 6257-2292 or email olorders@secretrecipe.com.sg to avoid possible cancellation.
• Unconfirmed or pending orders without payment may be cancelled without notice. Please ensure all contact and payment details are accurate.
• We do not accept cake orders via email or fax through our main office or café outlets.

• Full payment is required upon ordering.
• We accept Card, eNets and QR payment for online orders.
• We accept PayNow for Dial-a-Cake orders.
• Once payment is processed by eNets, it is considered an Authorized Payment and is non-refundable, including any 'charge-back' requests.
• Refunds of card payment processed by eNets will be done via PayNow.

• Mon–Sat:
  • 11am–3pm or 2pm–5pm – $15 per location
• Public Holidays:
  • 12pm–3pm or 2pm–5pm – $20 per location
• Restricted Zones (e.g. CBD, Hospitals, MBS, Tuas, Benoi):
  • 11am-5pm, $20 per location
• Jurong Island & Sentosa:
  • 11am-5pm, $25 per location
• 6R Cakes:
  • 11am-5pm, $25 per location
• If you require the delivery to be made at a specific time, the delivery fee is $25 (within a 1 hour time slot).
• Deliveries are not available to MINDEF military camps, airbases, Changi Airport Cargo Complex and Terminals. BBQ pits, chalets, resort deliveries will be made only to the Front Desk or Reception counter.
• Please ensure that the recipient's address and contact number are accurate, and that someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.
• If there is no recipient available at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to the nearest Secret Recipe outlet for self-collection by the customer.

  • $20 per location (2pm–5pm)
• Public Holiday:
  • $25 per location (2pm–5pm)
• Self-Collection: Free of charge at selected outlets.

• In the event a re-delivery is required (due to failed initial delivery), the following applies:
• A new delivery fee will be charged based on the applicable rates above.
• Alternatively, customers may opt to self-collect their order from their preferred Secret Recipe outlet at no additional charge.
• Re-delivery will only be arranged after full payment of the new delivery fee is received and a new time slot is confirmed.

• Faulty product claims must be accompanied by the item and receipt/invoice within 24 hours of purchase.
• Our liability is limited to:
  • Replacement of the product,
  • Exchange for a product of equivalent value, or
  • Refund at our discretion.
• We do not guarantee uniformity in taste, colour, or appearance due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 working days via PayNow.
• We reserve the right to deny claims or withhold findings unless legally required to disclose them.
• Customers are responsible for verifying order details upon collection or delivery. Secret Recipe is not liable for damages to cakes after handover.

• Secret Recipe shall not be liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• All prices exclude prevailing GST and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Cakes are best consumed on the day of delivery or collection. Please store at below 4°C.
• Cake shapes and toppings cannot be customized. All whole cakes and brownies are sold uncut.
• Seasonal fruits may vary in taste and sweetness.
• Free cake writing is offered, but cake aesthetics may be affected and are not guaranteed.
• Image printing with non-copyrighted artwork is available at:
  • $15 (18cm, A4, or round)
  • $20 (A3 size)
• We do not guarantee colour accuracy for printed images due to screen/device variations.
• As food is subjective, feedback is always welcome. Please speak to the Duty Manager at our outlets for any quality concerns or replacement requests.
• We take customer feedback seriously and will conduct fair investigations as needed.

• Secret Recipe will not tolerate verbal abuse, slander, or defamatory remarks made against our staff online or offline. This includes but not limited to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Stomp, forums and websites.
• Defamatory content may lead to legal action to recover damages and legal costs.
• By using our website and services, you agree to the following:
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You will not provide fraudulent information.
  • You are solely responsible for your activity on our website.
  • You will not attempt to sell counterfeit or infringing items related to Secret Recipe.
  • You understand the risks of online transactions.
