All cake orders need to be placed at least 5 days (including day of order, cut off time 11am) before delivery/collection date. Please allow 2 extra days for bigger sized cakes. For urgent orders, please call our outlets during operating hours to check for availability and to place your order.

Cake Writing

We provide free cake writing on all cakes with smooth surfaces; on cakes with irregular surfaces, we will write it on a plastic sheet that will be placed on the cake. Please write the message (up to 30 characters) in the 'Cake Writing' field during checkout. Colour of the piping cream will be random.

No writing available for mini cakes.

Please add Icing Picture to your order and make sure to select the correct size for the cake in the same order.

We can only accept personal photographs or original drawings without copyright. Any image of licensed cartoon characters or others in breach of copyrights and/or deemed inappropriate will be rejected. 

Our cakes are made fresh when we have the quality ingredients to produce it, and our outlet staff are best to advise you on availability for preorder. You may call our outlets during operating hours to check for availability and to place your order.

For deliveries, you may place your order via our Dial-A-Cake hotline during office hours or by calling our outlets during operating hours. For self-collection, you may place your order by calling our outlets, preferably at off-peak timings.

No, all cakes are delivered whole to maintain its structure and to keep the cake moist. Upon self-collection, you may request from the staff to have your cake sliced at your own risk of damage, and subject to their advice.

Yes, you may opt for self-collection at any of our outlets by selecting 'Pickup' as your delivery method at checkout. Self-collection is free of charge. Kindly check your received cake before leaving our outlet to ensure it is in good condition.

Delivery is available Monday to Saturday unless otherwise stated. While exact times cannot be guaranteed, we aim to deliver within the selected time slots:

• Mon–Sat: 11am–3pm or 2pm–5pm – $15 per location
• Public Holidays: 11am–5pm $20 per location
• Restricted Zones (e.g. CBD, Hospitals, MBS, Tuas, Benoi): 11am-5pm, $20 per location
• Jurong Island & Sentosa: 11am-5pm, $25 per location
• 6R Cakes: 11am-5pm, $25 per location

If you require the delivery to be made at a specific time (1 hour window), the delivery fee is $25.

Deliveries are not available to MINDEF military camps, airbases, Changi Airport Cargo Complex and Terminals. BBQ pits, chalets, resort deliveries will be made only to the Front Desk or Reception counter.

Please ensure that the recipient's address and contact number are accurate, and that someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.

If there is no recipient available at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to the nearest Secret Recipe outlet for self-collection by the customer.

If the cake is intended as a gift, please indicate that in your order during checkout. We will not deliver the invoice with the cake to the recipient, but email it to the sender's email address. Please make sure the shipping address has the recipient's information. 

Select the size and quantity of the cake(s) you want to order and add to cart. View your cart to review your selection and proceed to checkout. Fill in the fields and select your preferred payment method.

You will receive an order confirmation via email by the next working day. If you have not received the email, kindly alert us at orders@secretrecipe.com.sg.

Amendments and/or cancellations are not allowed after the order has been confirmed with payment. Under special circumstances, an administrative fee of $10 (before GST) will be charged for each amendment to cover third-party transaction fees and other administrative costs.

We accept Card payment and PayNow for online orders.

We accept PayNow for Dial-a-Cake orders.

Your credit card will not be charged in the event of a failed transaction. There will be an error message and an email notification if the transaction was unsuccessful. Please take note of the error message and notify us at olorders@secretrecipe.com.sg.

The listed measurements are approximates only and may vary slightly depending on the cake. Some cakes may shrink slightly during and/or after baking due to the nature of the ingredients, but were made using standardised cake pans relative to its size.

The available sizes are set in order to achieve the best quality of the cake that is suitable for production.

Our cakes are prone to soften and melt after more than an hour unrefrigerated. It is recommended to keep our cakes chilled at all times and for at least 2 hours before serving.

The only exception is Moist Chocolate Cake, which is best served at room temperature or warmed (microwave 15 – 20 seconds).

Our Moist Chocolate Cake is stable enough to maintain its shape even at room temperature, but not under direct sunlight. It is best served warmed (microwave 15 – 20 seconds) or at room temperature. This makes it a suitable choice for indoor celebrations or functions. Our brownies have similar properties as well.

From the day of collection/delivery, our cakes can last up to 3 days in the refrigerator. It is best to keep the cake in an air-tight container to delay dehydration once cut. Chocolate Indulgence is best consumed on the same day.

Our eggless cakes are Oreo Cheese, and Raspberry Cheese. However, they are produced in the same facility as other cakes and may contain traces of eggs and/or other ingredients. The bases consist of butter and biscuits that may contain eggs or traces of eggs. These cakes are not suitable for staunch lacto-vegetarians, ovo-vegetarians, vegans, or those avoiding allergic reactions.

Most of our cakes contain butter and eggs, and some contain fish-based gelatin. All cakes are produced in the same facility as other cakes and may contain traces of other ingredients. Our cakes are generally not suitable for staunch vegetarians or those with allergic reactions to certain ingredients.

We use fish-based gelatin in our cakes containing gelatin.
