How to Order

- You will have to register for an account. Go to "Login" and click on "Register".
- Complete the form and click on "Register" button.
- Proceed to Step 2, if you have registered.

- Login to your account and make a choice of cake by clicking on its picture - at
whichever page you see it.
- If the cake is what you wanted, press "Add to Shopping Cart".
- At this point, you may continue shopping (by clicking on "Home" tab and select
more cakes by clicking on its picture) or press on "Click here to Purchase".
- Don't forget to enter your Collection Place and Date.

General Terms and Conditions
Privacy Policy Pledge
The goal of www.secretrecipe.com.sg is to constantly provide quality goods and excellent
customer service. As such, we gather personal information (in the registration form) so as
to allow us to know you better. With this information, we can then understand you better
and provide a more enhanced and personalized shopping experience for you on our Internet
store.
Personal information is kept solely for internal marketing and billing purposes only.
The contents in this Terms & Conditions or clause(s) may and also will endeavour to extend
its coverage to all walk-in and phone-in order(s) for food and a cake orders from any person(s),
company and/or organization.
Your Consent to Our Policy
By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of information by us.
Information collected by us are for the sole purpose of completing sales transactions
and conducting our internal customer appreciation programmes, and will be of strictest
confidentiality. If we change any of our privacy policies, we will post the change on this
page so that you are always aware of what information we collect and how we use it.
How to Remove Your Information from Our Mailing Lists
If you prefer not to receive informaction such as new gift collections, special offers,
promotions, discounts, etc from us, you can remove yourself from our mailing list by
either of the following:
Using the email with which you subscribed, send a message to
info@secretrecipe.com.sg
with the word "unsubscribe" in the title / header and body.
Ordering
- Orders must be placed 3 days in advance (excludes day of order), subject to
the delivery schedule of the restaurant where the cake is to be collected.
- When ordering online, orders will only be considered confirmed upon full
payment and upon verification / validation of order details. We will contact you
should there be a need for further clarification.
- For online orders, if we are unable to confirm the order registered with us before
the required lead time to produce / deliver / collection of the cake, the said order may
be subject to cancellation without prejudice. Please provide valid contact and payment
details to avoid order cancellation.
- You can check on the status of your order online via our website using the "Track
Order" link. If your order is not confirmed and the 3 days lead time is due, you may
want to call your collection store (http://www.secretrecipe.com.sg/contactus.asp) to
enquire so as to avoid possible cancellation.
Payment
- Payment must be made in full upon ordering.
- Only VISA and Mastercard will be accepted for online orders.
- All payments are non-refundable.
Credit card information is held by our partner payment gateway provider and not
available to Secret Recipe. Authentication and approval are made in real-time by
our partner payment gateway provider through their payment gateway to credit cards
issuing banks. Purchase amount will be debited from your credit card account once
the relevant authorities give approval and any dispute arising from this purchase
amount must be settled with the bank. All credit card transactions are conducted
over secured internet connection provided by our payment gateway partner.
Unauthorised, abuse or illegal credit card transactions prosecuted and penalised
according to the appropriate governing law(s). By buying or purchasing any product
or service from Secret Recipe, you agree to the above payment terms. If you are not
completely satisfied or if you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to
contact us.
Delivery
- Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.
- Secret Recipe requires at least 48 hours to process your order.
- Delivery service provided is subject to the following:
- For any orders from 4 Recipe (or total value of SGD200) and above,
a delivery fee of SGD20 is chargeable.
- Within main island of Singapore only. Jurong and Sentosa Islands are
not part of main island Singapore.
- Delivery times are between 1000 to 1800 hours.
- To a SINGLE location only.
- For a successful delivery, we require a full address, contact number and person,
time of sending.
- Secret Recipe will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under
the following circumstances:
- Recipient is not present at the address given at the time which the delivery
was requested to take place.
- The address given was incorrect or insufficient.
- No such person at the given address.
- No valid contact number was given to us to make reasonable attempts to
contact the recipient in order to execute the delivery successfully.
- Secret Recipe will make one (1) attempt to contact the recipient upon the
first unsuccessful delivery. We may arrange to have the same order delivered
at a later time within the same day. This may result an additional surcharge
to the customer.
- In the event of any non-delivery, no requests for refund will be entertained
due to the perishable nature of our products.
- Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and
no refund will be made.
- In rare cases of delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control,
Secret Recipe will not be held liable for any claims.

SGD20 per delivery to a single location within mainland Singapore will be imposed.
- Multiple products for delivery to the same venue at the same time, under the
same customer bill will be charged a one-time delivery fee. Deliveries to multiple
venues, even under the same customer bill, will be charged as separate deliveries.
- Should there be a request to redirect orders. There will be an additional delivery
charge of SGD30.
- Self collection of cakes only at outlet indicated in the computer generated
order confirmation cum collection slip email.
- Cakes must be checked and deemed accepted if no errors / discrepancies are
raised immediately upon delivery or self collection. Secret Recipe reserves the rights
not to entertain further complaints thereafter.
Amendments & Cancellations
- No amendments and cancellations are allowed for confirmed orders 3 days prior
to delivery.
- An administrative surcharge of SGD5.00 will be imposed for each amendment
requested 3 days prior to delivery.
- Secret Recipe reserves the Rights to offer equivalent product of same value, if in the
event the product ordered is not available.
- Cancellation request after order confirmation will not be entertained, unless it is
due to Secret Recipe's inability to provide the product ordered and the substituted
product offered is not accepted by you. Any other situations or reasons for accepting
order cancellation request will be solely at Secret Recipe's discretion and not contestable.
- Secret Recipe reserves the Rights to dispose any uncollected cake at our own
discretions without a refund. If the cake is not collected at the end of the said collection
business day, Secret Recipe will exercise our Rights options.
Returns & Limits of Liability
- For faulty product claim, it must be accompanied by the physical remainder of products
bought with purchase receipt/invoice.
- Our liability is limited to replacement of faulty product or product of equivalent value
or refund of purchase at our discretion.
- We do not guarantee that our cake or food products maintain its original taste. Therefore,
should there be any product variation in colour, cake aesthetics and end product characteristics
will be deemed not contestable.
- Any returns for claims of faulty products or merchandise can be made within 2 days or
48 hours from the day of purchase subject to management discretion.
- All transactions including the purchase of either food, cakes, drinks, beverages and pastries
may be deemed sold and accepted by customers without any dispute upon expiry of the 2 days
grace period for the return of faulty or unacceptable products or merchandise.
- Refunds are processed and submitted to our payment gateway partner within 14 working
days. The time frame for the credit to manifest in your credit card statement is defined
by the bank.
- We reserve the right to entertain/not to entertain faulty product claims at our
discretion.
- We reserve the right not to share investigation findings on faulty product claimed
unless disclosure is requested/required by relevant legal authorities.
Others
- Prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
- All cakes are best consumed on day of delivery or collection and kept chilled (at
below 4oC) to ensure freshness if not consumed immediately, as no
preservative is added.
- Customization of shape and toppings are upon request only and subject to
acceptance by SR at its sole discretion. Surcharges are payable for such customization
requests negotiated.
- Cake designs are subjected to slight variations.
- Fresh fruits used in cakes are seasonal and sweetness or ripeness cannot be assured.
- Free hand writing wordings is provided free of charge. Cake's aesthetics may be
affected in the process and is not guaranteed.
- Icing sugar picture printing service is able at a surcharge (SGD15 for 18cm or
A4 size; SGD20 for A3 size) with non-copy righted pictures or picture which
SR has obtained the rights of use from the copy right owners.
- Differences in colour interpretation of picture by computer equipment used is
inherent and expected due to limitation of electronic media or equipment quality
involved.
I have read the User Agreement, accept all of its terms and conditions and specifically
acknowledge and accept the following:
- I certify that I am legal age to enter into this Agreement.
- This company cannot and does not control the quality, safety, legality or accuracy
of any item listed or any item description. Trading over the Internet has certain inherent
risks; I understand these risks exist even if I take advantage of various tools offered by this
company and payment gateway partner in order to minimize the risk of fraud.
- I will not provide fraudulent information and I am solely responsible for any information
I provide to this company. I will comply with all laws applicable to my activities on the
website and with this Agreement. I will not sell any prohibited, illegal or infringing items
on this company and I will not do anything that will interfere with the proper working
of this company's website.
- I understand that this Agreement limits my rights to collect damages from this
company for operating the website and providing its service and that if I violate this
Agreement I may be liable to pay this company for the damages caused by my violation.
- Updates will be posted online, if this agreement is ever amended. I understand that
amendments will be effective 30 days after such amendment is posted on the site.
